Children may not play in the backyard

Dusseldorf - Child wants to present the city of Düsseldorf. But the municipal housing company SWD, the Dominik Pustleik (see 28) and his neighbor John Knopp (50), shows less family friendly.
Their children out of the apartment house on Karweg are sold, they will not in future be allowed to play in the backyard.
The small backyard has so far been a wonderful play area for Jeremi (4), Saskia (7) and the many neighborhood children. Here is grilled in the summer, raged in the wading pool. A true family idyll. But that should stop now. The home owner who has SWD, rented a vacant apartment again. With the package: Using gardenplot.
Dominik Pustleik: "The new neighbor wants to fence in the yard. His own children may be playing there on. And ours is no more room. "His neighbor John Knopp (seven children):" This is no life. Two of my children are seriously ill. I can not lose sight of. "For him, there is no alternative to court. Especially since the middle of the industrial area in Itter is playing dangerously on the road.
Roland Redmer, head of the municipal housing company, confirmed: "The farm was mitvermietet because we needed someone who cares for the area, keep the garden in good shape." Dominik Pustleik countered: "We would have gladly done so, but we can never have asked. "
Redmer admits: "This is probably stupid wrong. Of course we are all children at heart. "Therefore, he promises:" We will talk with all parties and find a satisfactory solution for all. "
